In your mediated dispute (not a litigated one) you are the boss of your outcome. You decide what path you want to go. You can accept or reject any offer. My job is to make sure you are not coerced into doing something you do not want to do. My job is to also help you understand the consequences of following through or not accepting what has been offered you, be it monies or other considerations. My job is to help both sides meet at the spot that is acceptable to both sides. The almond shaped spot where two circles meet. It is not a merging of each other but an acceptable meeting place. However, the final decisions are yours alone to make for each person's side.
Do you have a dispute that needs to be decided by an unbiased third party without going to court? Sometimes two sides need to come together to submit their argument to a third party who will help them get to completion without the added costs of attorney bills or the pain and unknowing and final outcome of court dealings.  Give arbitration a try.

Mandorla or almond shape. Where two or more ideas meet in common ground. That is the goal of arbitration. Or solving disputes.
